Meet Ersula May

Ersula May is a dynamic and empathetic leader, known for her dedication to improving people management, customer satisfaction, and business operations. Over the course of her 18–year career, she has developed cross-functional expertise in a range of specialized areas, including talent acquisition, human resources operations, finance/accounting, internal controls, and audit, safety, and security.

Throughout her career, Ersula has held various Human Resource and Talent Acquisition roles in both the K-12 public education, non-profits, and private industries. In these positions, she provided guidance and services in the disciplines of recruitment, strategic staffing, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Ersula is passionate about supporting candidates and hiring teams in achieving their career or staffing goals and embodies a holistic and collaborative approach in her work.

Ersula May earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Economics from the University of California, Davis, and a master's degree in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University. With her diverse background and extensive experience, Ersula is well-equipped to lead Your FORE Solutions as its Founder and CEO, providing innovative solutions that shape the future of the workforce.
